Impact Research Network (IRN) is a Zambian-based research consulting firm. We provide clients with monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL), capacity-building, information technology and advisory services. We are a multifaceted entity with a wide range of expertise in socio-economic surveys, deploying quantitative and qualitative techniques, project evaluation, market research, monitoring and evaluation systems development and human capacity development. We work across all development sectors, including democracy and governance, health and education, the environment, economic growth, social protection and agriculture. Since 2021, we have been helping government and nongovernmental agencies operating in Zambia to measure progress and communicate project impact
